If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to start exercising far before getting pregnant. You’ll have a far more comfortable, fit and healthy pregnancy.

Do 10 of each – 3 rounds – with little to no rest.
✔️ Jumping jacks
✔️ Jump lunges
✔️ Pushups
✔️ Pistols (modified)
✔️ Tuck Jumps
✔️ Thrusters (if you don’t have a kid or dumbbells, just do squats) ?
