39 Weeks In vs. 10 Weeks Out

I’ve been told many times, “you bounced right back after pregnancy.”

I agree, I did bounce back pretty fast, but I’m here to tell you that my starting point was very different from many.
.
I was decently fit when I became pregnant, plus I worked out my entire pregnancy. I even worked out on the morning they induced me. So yes, it was easier for me to bounce back after having Kenzie.

To all the ladies trying to get their body back after pregnancy, patience is your friend.

Getting your body back after after having a baby can take months, if not years, depending on your starting point.

I know it’s not what you want to hear, BUT it’s what you need to hear.

I strongly encourage you to track your calories to make sure you are in a calorie deficit. Lift weights – heavy weights, drink lots of water (half of your body weight in ounces of water daily), and be patient. The more consistent you are with these 3 things, the more results you are going to see. Stick with it, and I promise, you will get there.✨??
