[one_half]So proud of my cousin?She lost 9.4 lbs during the 24 Day Challenge???? Not only did she lose weight and inches, she finally learned the RIGHT way to lose weight! Prior to the challenge, she would eat healthy one day, the next day eat 1-2 meals and binge the following day. She thought eating 5-6 small meals everyday was too much food and, “how can you lose weight when you’re eating all the time?!?!?!?”
The challenge proved her wrong! If you want to lose weight friends, you have to eat! Eat to Lose! I know it sounds crazy, but I promise I’m speaking the truth!????
