You can do this anywhere….and all you need is a band!
1⃣ Kick side to side for 30 seconds 2⃣ Kick back and to the side for 30 seconds (do not kick straight back or the band will fly off your foot and snap you) 3⃣ lastly get on all fours and kick straight back for 45 seconds to 1 minute per leg….depending on how strong your band is. 🌀Do 3 rounds.
