Front side dominance is something almost everyone presents. Guys are trying hard to build a bigger chest and some women are doing nothing but pushups everyday. Not to mention, we are ALL hunched over our phones, computers and steering wheels. And we wonder why there are so many shoulder issues out there?

Rule of thumb, for every 1 chest exercise you do, do 2 back exercises. This will help improve your physique, posture, and help keep your shoulder joints healthy.
