❌Bad Form vs. Good Form❌A row is a BACK exercise. Yes, it works your arms but it’s primarily for your back. Whatever kind of row you do (cable, barbell, dumbbell), think about pulling with you back, not your arms. Do not round, keep your abs tight and squeeze your shoulder blades together (like your pinching a pencil between the two).
