This is one of my favorite series of exercises. I call it “Tricep Burner.” It’s works the lats, chest and triceps.
1️⃣ Cable Pullovers
2️⃣Tricep press-downs
3️⃣ Reverse tricep press-downs
Do 10-15 reps of each movement. Note: this video was sped up, so keep it controlled with your chest up and abs tight.
