As a parent, I can see how easily it is to fall off the plan. I can see how easily it is to justify missing a workout. To be honest, I don’t care what my workout is, as long as I move. Exercise is a priority to me, it makes me feel better, it’s part of my life. If you have a busy schedule but still find time to workout, I applaud you?
