Sweet Potato Brownies

This incredibly fudgy chocolatey sweet potato brownie recipe fits the bill. – 1.5 cup cooked and mashed sweet potatoes.
- 3/4 cup sweet potato puree/mashed really good
- 1/2 cup nut butter (I used peanut butter)
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup (can sub honey)
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. Top with chocolate chips and almonds or walnuts (optional)
