Ladies, from my own experience and research, listen to your doctor, but don’t be afraid to question, challenge and dig deeper. ⁣

Doctors are used to giving out advice to the average women, not the fit gals who have been working out for years. ⁣

I worked out with weights my entire first pregnancy and this pregnancy, which would scare most doctors. ⁣

I always listen to my body. When something doesn’t feel right, I back off.⁣

To all the pregnant mamas out there who continue to workout, I applaud you. This sh*t ain’t easy! ⁣
