This is a quick and easy dinner idea that’s full of fresh flavor! This simple chicken marinade uses olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, and oregano for a light, protein-packed meal ready in under 40 minutes
Ingredients:
5-8 chicken thighs or breasts (I’m a thigh girl)
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice or sub for OJ 🍊
1-2 tsp thyme (dried or fresh)
1-2 tsp oregano
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, marinate for 4-6 hours, then bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
