Easy Honey Garlic Chicken
This recipe is so easy and good!
Six boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
In a pan on med/high heat, sear thighs on both sides until golden brown. Once cooked through (about 10-12 min), add five minced garlic cloves to the center of the pan.
Add the honey garlic sauce once it has become fragrant (about 30 sec).
Honey Garlic Sauce:
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup Honey
1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce (optional, but it’s good)
Let this simmer for about 3-4 min, so the sauce thickens. Make sure to flip the chicken to coat evenly.
Serve over rice and with your favorite vegetable (I like white rice and broccoli)
Top with extra pan sauce and toasted sesame seeds!
