Sausage Egg Muffins

Sausage Egg Muffins 🍳 These muffins are low in calories, high in protein, and easy to make. Best of all, they taste great reheated and my kids love them. 😊
Directions:⁣
1️⃣ sauté any veggies you have on hand (I used spinach, onion, and bell pepper).⁣
2️⃣ add in ground sausage, ham, or shredded cheese – (optional – I threw in a little sausage)⁣
3️⃣ Beat 8-10 eggs and or egg whites together in a big bowl, mix in veggies and any seasonings you want (I just did salt and pepper)⁣
4️⃣ Pour egg mixture in a greased muffin tin and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
