Pumpkin Pie Protein Overnight Oats

This super easy and tasty recipe. The oats will keep for at least 4 days if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.⁣


½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt⁣

1/3 cup pumpkin purée⁣

¼ cup oats (any oats will work)⁣

1-2 tbsp of your favorite sweetener⁣

¼ tsp ground cinnamon⁣

Crushed pecans for topping (optional)⁣


Add all the ingredients to a mason jar or plastic container with a tight-fitting lid.  Stir until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve cold.⁣
