This banana date shake is thick and creamy, high in protein and so good!
Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla protein powder – can sub for kefir or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk of your choice
2 dates – tip: soak dates in water for 5 minutes so they blend easier
1/2 frozen banana – it doesn’t have to be frozen but frozen bananas make it creamer and thicker
1-2 tbsp peanut or almond butter (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Ice
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. The longer you blend the thicker and creamer it will be.
