Fix Your Form?
–
The bent-over row is one of the best exercises for your back. It’s also one of the most butchered lifts.
–
You can do this exercise with a pronated (overhand) or supinated (underhand) grip.
–
When doing a bent-over row, stick your booty out, keep a neutral spine, your abs tight and a “soft bend” in the knee.
–
When you pull, stick your chest out and squeeze your shoulder blades together as if you were trying to pinch something between them. Remember this is a back exercise, not an arm exercise – focus on pulling with your back.
