2.5 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup favorite protein powder (optional)
3/4 cup nut butter (your choice)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Optional add ins: walnuts, pecans, almond, chia seed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or dried fruit.
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Combine all of the ingredients and mix.
Place in greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish and press into pan.
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
