Peanut Butter Bars


2.5 cups oatmeal⁣

1/2 cup favorite protein powder⁣ (optional)

3/4 cup nut butter (your choice)⁣

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey⁣

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips⁣

2 eggs⁣

Optional add ins: walnuts, pecans, almond, chia seed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or dried fruit.⁣


Preheat oven to 350℉.⁣

Combine all of the ingredients and mix.⁣

Place in greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish and press into pan.⁣

Bake for 12-14 minutes.
