This protein mug cake is a perfect post-workout snack, satisfying breakfast, or healthy dessert. With a few simple ingredients, it’s ready to eat in just a few minutes! Plus, it packs in 15+ grams of protein.

✔️1/4 cup milk (I used whole milk)
✔️ 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
✔️ 1/2 tsp baking powder
✔️1/2 Tbsp-1 Tbsp chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients in a BIG mug and microwave for 50 seconds⛔️Keep your eye on it because it can quickly overflow.
⏲ The key is to let it sit for 3-5 minutes before eating. The longer it sits, the better it is, plus you won’t burn your tongue 😛
