When doing this exercise do the following:
✅Keep your back long and flat and your neck neutral
✅ Stick your booty out – “give me porno butt”
✅Keep a slight bend in your knees
✅Keep the weights close to your legs – like your shaving your legs with the weights.
✅Drive through your heels to stand back up
