Proper Form – Romanian Deadlift

How to do a proper stiff-legged deadlift (aka Romanian deadlift) 1. Keep your back long and flat – No rounding??

2. Keep a slight bend in your knees

3. Keep your abs tight

4. I tell my clients “give me porno butt” meaning stick your booty out (but I’m sure you already knew that?)

5. Keep the weights close to your legs (like your shaving your legs with the weights).

6. Come back up by driving through your heels – not toes.

This exercise works your lower back, booty and back of your legs.
