To reach your fitness goals, you need to focus on what you do more in a week – EAT/DIET. ⁣

Funny thing is, 99.9% of my clients can tell me exactly what they did for their workout. They know how long they ran on the treadmill, at what speed and incline. They know exactly how many reps they did of each exercise and how many sets. ⁣

However, when I ask them what they ate, they don’t really know ??‍♀️ they guesstimate. They typically say they had just a little bit of this and that. Then they show me the amount with their hands.?⁣

If you want to reach your goal, whether it’s to put on muscle or lose fat, then diet is key. You should know how much you are eating. You should be tracking your food.⁣

Now, I’m not saying weighing, measuring and tracking your food should be a forever thing. However, if you are new to all of this, tracking helps you understand what you are eating and how much. ⁣

After a period of time, everything will become second nature and the need to track will reduce. ⁣

The best thing to do is start tracking your food in #MyFitnessPal or any food tracking app. It’s a game changer. ⁣
