These have incredible flavor, with feta crumbles and fresh basil. This recipe takes only 20 minutes and can be done on the stove or grill.
Spinach + Feta Turkey Burger
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs ground turkey
1-2 handfuls of spinach
4 oz. Feta cheese
2-3 garlic cloves
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and make them into evenly sized patties.
2. Cook Turkey burgers on a skillet, smoker, or grill until fully cooked and no longer pink.
**I haven’t tried it yet, but you could also put the mixture in a muffin tin and make turkey meatloaf muffins.
