Private personal training gives you all the privacy, motivation, attention, guidance and knowledge you will ever need to gain optimal health and get the body of your dreams! First I’ll do a thorough consultation with you to determine your fitness goals. Then I’ll assess your current physical state.

Then we go into action, producing the thoroughly tested exercises you NEED to do to get the incredible results you’ve always wanted to see. Finally, I will help you develop a healthy meal plan to help you: burn fat, build lean muscle and maximize your energy throughout the day.

Group fitness delivers results similar to private personal training programs at half the price. It is definitely an inexpensive option to get faster results.You’ll work out side by side with a small group of like-minded individuals who are determined to change their body, who are motivated to exercise and willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen.

But this is no “regular” workout class. Everyone’s body is unique so I’ll treat you that way. I design and craft your workouts just like I would for a private training client and give you the exercises you NEED to do in order to transform your body.
