What is it? A 6-week fitness challenge
When is it? It starts Monday, January 10, 2022, and ends on February 20, 2022
Who can join? Anyone in the World!

Why should I do this? This challenge will keep you accountable, give you something to train for, and help you lose those first few pounds OR the last few pounds! It's a great way to start the year!

How much does it cost and what's included?

$65/person - You'll receive weekly emails to help keep you motivated and accountable. You'll also be added to my private FIT Babes Facebook Community, where I will be doing weekly LIVE workouts, answering questions, and posting healthy recipes! $65-$85/person.

$85/person - You'll receive the Good To Great ebook with a meal plan and 6-weeks of workouts (choose from home or gym workouts), weekly emails to help keep you motivated and accountable plus you will be added to my private FIT Babes Facebook Community where I will be doing weekly LIVE workouts, answering questions, and posting healthy recipes!

How many winners are there, and what do they receive? At the end of the six weeks, the top three people with the most points win aftannFIT dollars, supplements, and more!

Note: aftannFIT dollars can be spent on personal training or any online service.

How do I win? This isn't like any other challenge. This is a point-based challenge! Points will be given for weight loss, doing the prescribed amount of steps each week, tracking your food in MyFitnessPal, and doing the fitness challenges.

Registration closes at 11:59 pm on Friday, January 7!
