Peanut Butter Protein Balls

If you like Reece’s peanut butter cups, you’ll enjoy these. They are easy to make and full of protein and healthy fats. Best of all, you never have to turn on the oven!

Made with only 5 ingredients: peanut butter, old-fashioned oats, protein powder, honey, and chocolate chips. They are great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. Best of all, my kids love them!✨⁣

Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned oats ⁣
1/3 cup protein powder.
1/2 cup nut butter of your choice (melted)⁣
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips⁣
1 Tbsp water (add more if the mixture is too dry)⁣

Optional add-ins: Shredded coconut, raisins, cranberries, seeds, flaxseed, chia seeds

Directions:⁣

➡️ Mix everything in a big bowl (I melted my peanut butter in the microwave before mixing it in). Roll into balls and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Makes about 8-12 balls
