- 5 Thrusters
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Sumo Bicep Curls
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Lunge Tricep Extension/leg
- 5 Burpees
Do each exercise back to back. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds. Do 3-4 rounds.
Unless you are pregnant, touch your chest to the ground when doing burpees.
