FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 scoop Greens First (contact me to order a can of Greens First)
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Muscle Gain from Advocare)
- ¼ cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1/2 banana
Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
