Should I eat back my exercise calories
No. The reason is the formula you’re using to calculate your deficit should already account for your activity level. Plus, most fitness trackers are inaccurate when estimating calories burned from exercise.
What if I have a question?

How many meals should I eat a day?
As many as you want, just as long as you stay within your calories.
Should I workout in the morning or evening?
It doesn’t matter, whatever time works for you – just get it done!
When should I expect an email from you?
Every Sunday Morning. If you don’t get an email, check your junk mail first, then reach out to me.
What days do the Steps start and end?
Steps restart every Monday and end Sunday night.
What supplements should I be taking these next 6-weeks?

If you are using an apple watch, follow these steps to screenshot your weekly steps:
1. Click the health app on your iPhone (it’s white with a red heart)
2. Scroll down to “Steps” and click on that
3. Click the “W” at the top
4. Screenshot the week from Monday-Sunday(move the chart side to side if needed)
If you submit daily steps, please put them in the free app ‘PicCollage‘ or something similar and send one picture. Only submit steps if you did the required amount.
Every Sunday, you receive an email announcing the fitness and step challenge you must complete for the week. You will need to upload a picture and video of your challenge to earn points. Click the button below to upload them.
