Should I eat back my exercise calories

No. The reason is the formula you’re using to calculate your deficit should already account for your activity level. Plus, most fitness trackers are inaccurate when estimating calories burned from exercise.

How many meals should I eat a day?

As many as you want, just as long as you stay within your calories.

Should I workout in the morning or evening?

It doesn’t matter, whatever time works for you – just get it done!

When should I expect an email from you?

Steps restart every Monday and end Sunday night.

Earning Points For Tracking Food

To earn food journal points, you will need to screen shot the overview of your food journal calories for the week. Here’s how you do it on MyFitnessPal:

  1. Click “more” at the bottom right hand corner on your home screen
  2. Scroll down and click “nutrition”
  3. Click “calories” at the top left and click “week view” in the middle under Nutrients.

VIDEOS & Photos

Each week you receive an email announcing the fitness and daily step challenge you must complete for the week. You will need to upload a picture and video of your challenge to earn points. Once you have your photo and video, click the button below to upload them.
