8 months in and I’m still feeling great….except for the acid reflex that wakes me up at night?
?? I currently workout 4-5 days a week.
??♀️ I lift weights 3-4 days and do 1 day of cardio a week.
??♀️ My workouts are anywhere from 35-50 minutes long
? I still eat 6-7 meals a day (I pretty much eat all day?)
? I’m really not craving anything, but I have had a soft spot for muffins lately?
If you have a muffin recipe or muffin shop I should know about, I’m listening?
