30 Weeks Pregnant ~ Bosu Workout

‪#‎30weeksprego‬ and damn my belly is getting big! Here’s a great leg circuit using the Bosu Ball. I’m using a 12lb body bar but prior to pregnancy I used a 45lb bar.

~ 15 side squats per leg (bring knee up to chest) 

~ 30 seconds of side taps (touch the ground)

~ 10 front to back lunges per leg

*Do all 3 exercises back to back. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. Do 3-4 rounds.
