10 Minute AB Blast

This is a great Ab workout you can do at the end of your workout or just as a workout.

Set a timer for 10 minutes and do as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.

⚡️cross rotation plank – 10/side
⚡️v-ups – 10
⚡️straight leg bicycles – 10/side
⚡️heel touches – 10/side
⚡️rollups – 10
⚡️scissors – 10/leg

If you need a break, stop, count to 10 then get right back on it. Every time you do this workout, try to do a little more each time.
