Thanksgiving 2018

In years to come you won’t look back on Thanksgiving of 2018 and say, “dang, I wish I didn’t eat all that pie and stuffing. ⁣

What you will say is, “why was I so uptight?!?”⁣⁣

If you know you are going to indulge this Thanksgiving, keep your diet tight and get your workouts in until then. ⁣
