Postpartum 10 Minute Workout

I’m starting back slowly with just a 10 minute workout after having my little man just 4.5 weeks ago. This workout is a great way to incorporate your child.

Do As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 10 minutes of Bent Over Rows & walk/jog to the nearest corner. I chose Bent Over Rows to help strengthen my back. My posture has been bad lately from hunching over to feed and hold him.

Don’t forget when doing rows to keep your back long and flat and keep your abs tight.
