Healthy Idea

[one_half]This is what I do weekly. Cut up any and all veggies i have in my fridge or garden. Place in a big Tupperware bowl, put the lid on and shake. It makes it effortless to eat healthy on the fly. Lastly, I always have a Tupperware bowl of cooked quinoa, brown rice or sweet potato ready to go as well. Then all I have to worry about is adding some protein like chicken, fish, lean meat or hard boiled eggs. Which most of the time I have that ready to go too! [/one_half]
