Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout

  • 5 Thrusters
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Sumo Bicep Curls
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Lunge Tricep Extension/leg
  • 5 Burpees

Do each exercise back to back. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds. Do 3-4 rounds.

Unless you are pregnant, touch your chest to the ground when doing burpees.
