Band Workout

This workout was a hard one. I used a medium strength band. Im not sure I would’ve made it though the entire workout with a stronger band.

If you are a beginner, start with no band, just using your own body weight, and work your way up from there. However if you really want to challenge yourself, use a heavier band.

This workout is great because it works your entire body, plus you can do it anywhere.

Here’s the workout:

➰ Bicyles – 10/side
➰ V-hold Row – 20
➰ Pushups – 5-10 (I did 10)
➰ Mountain climber – 10/leg
➰Kicking fire hydrant – 15/leg
➰ Side plank crunch – 5-10/side (I did 10)
?Do 3-5 rounds, resting 1-3 minutes between rounds
